Our founders spent years inside furniture manufacturing, close to the wood, the tools, and the makers behind them. What they found changed everything: exceptional skill existed in abundance, yet the people who possessed it rarely saw it valued at its worth — and the people who could appreciate it rarely had access to it at a fair price.
