1. Eligibility

norhom sells furniture and home décor products through its online store. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer, and to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this Site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this Site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing and to cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.

We accept major credit and debit cards, and other payment methods as made available through our checkout. By submitting your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with your purchase, including but not limited to foreign transaction fees or currency conversion fees.

5. Orders and Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including after an order has been placed, for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or concerns related to fraud.

If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. We will contact you using the email address provided at checkout if your order is cancelled.

Order Confirmation

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt of your order for any reason.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are presented at checkout and may vary based on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping method selected.

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. norhom is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For large or freight items, delivery may require additional coordination. We will contact you to schedule delivery where applicable. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is accessible and that someone is available to receive the shipment.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in San Diego County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, norhom may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.

15. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms; such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The failure of norhom to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and norhom and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and norhom.

17. Ratings and Reviews

If you submit a product rating or review on our Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the sole author and owner of the content submitted, or have all necessary rights and permissions to grant us a license to use it.
• All content you post is accurate, honest, and based on your genuine experience with the product.
• You are at least 13 years of age and, if a minor, have obtained parental or guardian consent.
• Your review does not infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Your review is not false, misleading, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, threatening, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

By submitting a review, you grant norhom a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any medium or format, including but not limited to our website, emails, social channels, and marketing materials, without compensation to you. This license survives termination of these Terms.

norhom reserves the right — but not the obligation — to pre-screen, edit, refuse, or remove any review at its sole discretion, including any review that violates these Terms. You acknowledge that you, not norhom, are responsible for the content of any review you submit.

18. SMS and Mobile Terms

By opting in to receive SMS or text message communications from norhom — whether through our website, at checkout, or by texting a keyword to our number — you provide your prior express written consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages ("Text Messages") from norhom, which may be sent through an automatic telephone dialing system. These may include order updates, promotions, and cart reminder messages. Message frequency varies.

Opting Out

This service is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of receiving Text Messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further Text Messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

Rates and Carriers

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to and from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. norhom will never sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

TCPA Compliance

Our SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable regulations. By consenting to receive Text Messages, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you have the authority to enroll that number in our SMS program.
