2. Payment Processing

When will I be charged?

Because the majority of our pieces are made-to-order and require the immediate allocation of premium materials, your payment method will be charged in full at the time the order is placed.

Currency

All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars (USD). If you are purchasing with an international credit card, the final exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees will be determined by your bank or credit card provider.

3. Transaction Security

norhom does not store your credit card details on our servers. All payment processing is fully PCI-DSS compliant, ensuring the highest level of security available in the e-commerce industry.

4. Taxes & Exemptions

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on the shipping destination and current state or local tax laws.

Tax-Exempt Purchasing

We offer tax-exempt purchasing for approved members of our Trade & Commercial program. To qualify, you must have an active Trade account and a valid resale certificate on file with us prior to placing your order. Taxes cannot be refunded retroactively once an order has been processed.

5. Financing & Installments

We understand that furnishing a space is an investment. We have partnered with select third-party payment providers (such as Shop Pay Installments) to offer flexible financing options. Eligibility and terms are determined solely by the third-party provider during the checkout process.
