We accept all major credit cards, along with the additional secure payment options available at checkout. All transactions are processed through an encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateway.

All prices listed on our site are shown in US dollars and include shipping. Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, in accordance with state and local tax laws.

Because many of our pieces are made to order, payment in full is collected at the time your order is placed. This allows us to begin production and secure materials for your piece right away.

Your billing information is encrypted and processed securely — Norhom does not store your full payment details on our servers. For your protection, the billing address provided at checkout should match the address on file with your payment provider, as mismatched information may delay order processing.

Approved returns are issued as store credit, in accordance with our Return Policy. Once your return is received and inspected, store credit is processed to your account and a confirmation is sent by email.
